If you submit content (e.g., feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it. You must have the rights to any content you submit.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HiTech Parking and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the services, your content, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles County, California. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
