Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its rules. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Los Angeles County, California. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Los Angeles County as an alternative. Disputes are conducted only on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. We may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for misuse of our intellectual property or services.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
